Get ready for democracy!

Didn’t get enough sweet democracy last November!?  Well, I have some good news for you; SC4 student elections are coming up! They will be held on April 2 in the college center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.  To vote you need to be a SC4 credit student and have a valid ID.

The students running for student office are as follows: For president we have Sean Lathrop throwing his hat in the ring; on the vice president front we have Steven Dilloway and Eric Merrill vying for the title; for Treasurer, Brian Heidt is the soul person running. The secretary position is open at this time.

You may be wondering if it is too late to apply for a position. Well, it isn’t. You can be a write in on the upcoming election by filing letter of intent with the student activities coordinator Lisa Tobiczyk. The letter should include the position you want to run for, your name, student ID date and signature.
