John D. Adair has been a member of the SC4 Board of Trustees since 2007, and is currently serving as the board chair. Adair is the current president of the Rotary Club of Port Huron, and serves as a member of the Port Huron Business Association. Adair attended SC4 before transferring to Michigan State University where he earned his bachelor of arts with honors in 1995. In 1998, Adair received his juris doctorate from Wayne State University, where he was a Wayne Law Review member.
Denise M. Brooks has been a member of the SC4 Board of Trustees since 2011. She also serves as an officer for the U.S. Power Squadron, promoting boater safety. Brooks, a Fort Gratiot native, attended SC4 from 1978 to 1979 before transferring to Michigan State University, where she earned a bachelor of arts in communication and a master’s of arts in management, health-care focus from Central Michigan University.
Dr. Nicholas DeGrazia has been a member of the SC4 Board of Trustees since 2009, and is currently board vice chair. DeGrazia is the founder and chairman of the business consulting firm, Shorewood Adventures Inc. A former chief operating officer and financial adviser for University of Detroit Mercy, as well as the chief operating officer for Lionel Trains.
