  • ChillyFest 2011
    • Free horse and carriage rides, Knowlton Ice Museum tours, brain freeze contest and a new bed race event.  Contests and prizes.
  • Winter White-Out – St. Clair, MI
    • Winter Fun, Games and 5 city wide,  Snow Man making championship
  • “Simple Machines” – Port Huron Museum Exhibit
    • A hands-on, kid friendly exhibit. Open from 1/28-4/24.
  • North American Silver Stick Hockey Finals
    • International hockey tournament.  McMorran Place, Port Huron, MI.

1/29 – Saturday

  • Winter White-Out – St. Clair, MI
  • North American Silver Stick Hockey Finals
  • Taste of the Thumb – Lexington, MI
    • Located on the Smackwater Block, sample fine dining establishments and entertainment at the Lexington Music Theatre.  1p-5p.
  • Winter Festival and Souper Saturday
    • Trescott St. Park, Harbor Beach, MI – (All day event) Soup tasting event, desert competition, sledding, ice skating, ice bowling, and more.

1/30 – Sunday

  • North American Silver Stick Hockey Finals
  • Lake St. Clair Walley Association 14th Annual 2011 Ice Fishing Event
    • Donors needed for equipment for this children’s event. Contact Mark Tews, LSCWA at (586) 557-3767. Free event for children to learn how to ice fish.  9a-2p. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

    • Outlaw Snowmobile Drag Races (Trials 12p-4p), downtown Port Huron, MI.  Desmond Landing. Live Band in the evening.  Knowlton Ice Museum tours and free coffee and hot chocolate at Power’s Diner all day.

    • Outlaw Snowmobile Drag Races, Pro Finals 10a-2p.  Free coffee and hot chocolate from Power’s Diner.
